Our consultations with you will be straightforward and thorough in determining your suitability and interest level for a search assignment. If we, in consultation with our client, determine that you are appropriate for a search project, we will work closely with you in developing a comprehensive report for presentation to our client. Such a report will include your professional and educational history along with any other appropriate background information which will complete your profile. Often an evaluation of your key strengths and areas of continued development is provided to our client in an appraisal report. Confidential professional references and verification of certain credentials such as university degrees are conducted at the appropriate phase of a search assignment.
